These terms are effective as of 14th June 2026
These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Affiliate Terms") govern participation in the Pretty Progress affiliate program (the "Program"). The Program is administered by keinois OÜ ("we," "us," "Pretty Progress"). By applying to, being accepted into, or participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate," "you") agree to these Affiliate Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
If you participate in the Program on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Affiliate Terms. If you do not agree to these Affiliate Terms, you may not participate in the Program.
The Program allows approved creators and partners to promote Pretty Progress using a unique creator code, referral link, or other tracking method provided by Pretty Progress (each, a "Creator Code"). Eligible referred users who use a Creator Code may receive a discount on eligible Pretty Progress subscription prices, and eligible Affiliates may earn commission on qualifying purchases attributed to their Creator Code.
Participation is by application and approval only. Pretty Progress may accept or reject any application at its sole discretion and may set additional Program instructions in writing, including approved channels, promotional requirements, payment details, and brand guidelines.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter into these Affiliate Terms.
You must provide accurate application, contact, tax, and payment information when requested.
You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, and advertising standards in every country where you promote Pretty Progress.
Employees, contractors, agencies, or representatives of Pretty Progress may participate only with written approval from Pretty Progress.
Pretty Progress may suspend or remove an Affiliate from the Program at any time if eligibility requirements are not met or if participation may harm Pretty Progress, users, or the Program.
A sale is eligible for Affiliate rewards only when it is properly attributed to your Creator Code by Pretty Progress tracking systems. Referred users must use your Creator Code or referral link before or at the time of the relevant purchase or reward claim. If a referred user does not use the Creator Code in the required way, the sale may not be attributed and no commission or referred-user discount will be owed.
Creator Codes are personal to the approved Affiliate and may not be sold, transferred, sublicensed, or used by another person without written approval.
Pretty Progress is not responsible for lost attribution caused by incorrect links, expired codes, user error, browser or device settings, platform limitations, technical interruptions, or failure to follow Program instructions.
If more than one Creator Code, referral link, promotion, or tracking source may apply to a purchase, Pretty Progress will determine attribution in its sole discretion.
Retroactive attribution is not guaranteed and may be denied for any reason.
A "Qualified Purchase" is an eligible Pretty Progress payment by a referred user that is attributed to your Creator Code, accepted by Pretty Progress, not refunded, not canceled during any applicable review period, not fraudulent, and not otherwise excluded by these Affiliate Terms or written Program instructions.
Unless Pretty Progress states otherwise in writing, commissions apply to eligible paid Pretty Progress products, including subscription payments and lifetime purchases. Free trials, free plans, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, credits, platform fees, payment processing fees, and other excluded amounts are not included in commission calculations.
Approved Affiliates may earn a commission equal to 25% of eligible payments attributed to their Creator Code during the applicable 12-month reward period. The 12-month reward period starts when the referred user makes their first Qualified Purchase using the Creator Code. Every eligible payment from that referred user during the 12-month period, including subscription renewals and lifetime purchases, may qualify for commission, subject to these Affiliate Terms.
Commission is calculated on the eligible purchase amount actually received by Pretty Progress after applicable discounts, refunds, taxes, chargebacks, platform fees, and other excluded amounts. No commission is earned on purchases outside the 12-month reward period unless Pretty Progress agrees otherwise in writing.
Pretty Progress may hold, reverse, or deduct commissions for refunded purchases, canceled subscriptions, chargebacks, fraud, tracking errors, suspected abuse, breach of these Affiliate Terms, or any sale that Pretty Progress determines is not a Qualified Purchase.
Referred users who use a valid Creator Code may receive an additional benefit, currently a 20% discount on eligible Pretty Progress subscription prices. The discount may be shown in the app, checkout, offer screen, or another purchase flow and may vary by subscription type, country, currency, tax treatment, platform, and availability.
The referred-user discount applies only when the Creator Code is used as required before the purchase is completed. Unless Pretty Progress states otherwise, the discount cannot be applied retroactively, exchanged for cash, transferred, combined with other promotions, or applied to lifetime or other non-subscription purchases.
To receive payment, you must provide any payment, identity, and tax information reasonably requested by Pretty Progress or its payment providers. You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and reporting obligations related to commissions you receive.
Pretty Progress will provide payout instructions, supported payment methods, minimum payout thresholds, currency, and payment timing in writing after approval or through the affiliate platform used for the Program. Commissions are payable only after Pretty Progress has had a reasonable period to review purchases for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud, and other exclusions.
If we cannot pay you because your information is incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, or not provided, we may withhold payment until the issue is resolved. We may close unpaid balances that remain unclaimed or unpaid for an extended period where permitted by law.
You must clearly disclose your relationship with Pretty Progress whenever you promote Pretty Progress, share your Creator Code, or publish content that may generate commission. Disclosures must be clear, conspicuous, easy to understand, and placed where people will see them before they act on your recommendation. Examples include statements such as "I may earn a commission if you make a purchase using my code" or prominent labels such as "ad," "paid partnership," or "affiliate code," where appropriate for the platform and jurisdiction.
You may promote Pretty Progress only through truthful, accurate, and non-misleading content based on your honest experience or genuine opinion.
You may not make false claims, guarantee results, misrepresent features, imply that Pretty Progress is free when payment is required for paid features, or hide material limitations.
You may not send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or communications that violate email, SMS, privacy, or anti-spam laws.
You may not use misleading ads, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, unauthorized coupons, fake reviews, fake accounts, bots, malware, adware, typosquatting, domain impersonation, or other deceptive or abusive tactics.
You may not bid on Pretty Progress brand terms, misspellings, app names, domains, or confusingly similar terms in paid search or app store advertising without written approval.
You may not suggest that you are an employee, agent, official representative, or exclusive partner of Pretty Progress unless we approve that wording in writing.
Pretty Progress grants approved Affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use approved Pretty Progress names, logos, screenshots, product images, links, and promotional materials solely to promote Pretty Progress under these Affiliate Terms and written Program instructions.
You may not alter Pretty Progress brand assets, register domains or social handles containing Pretty Progress names or confusingly similar terms, create apps or products that imply affiliation, or use Pretty Progress intellectual property in a way that may damage the brand. Pretty Progress may ask you to edit, remove, or stop using any content, claim, link, asset, or promotion, and you must comply promptly.
You must handle any personal information you collect or receive in connection with the Program lawfully, securely, and only for legitimate Program-related purposes. You may not collect, sell, or misuse Pretty Progress user data, and you may not represent that Pretty Progress has approved your own privacy practices. Pretty Progress processes personal information as described in its Privacy Policy.
Pretty Progress may monitor affiliate activity, review promotional content, request proof of disclosures, audit referrals, and require changes to ensure Program quality and compliance. You agree to provide reasonable information related to your Program participation when requested.
These Affiliate Terms apply from the date you apply to or participate in the Program and continue until terminated. Either you or Pretty Progress may end your participation at any time, with or without cause. Pretty Progress may suspend tracking, deactivate Creator Codes, withhold payments, remove content permissions, or terminate participation immediately if it believes you have breached these Affiliate Terms or created legal, financial, technical, reputational, or user-trust risk.
After termination, you must stop promoting Pretty Progress as an Affiliate, stop using Creator Codes, remove or update affiliate links and claims where reasonably practical, and stop using Pretty Progress brand assets except as otherwise allowed by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment adjustments, intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute provisions.
Pretty Progress may modify, pause, or end the Program, Creator Codes, commission rates, reward periods, referred-user benefits, eligibility rules, payment methods, or these Affiliate Terms at any time. Changes may apply prospectively unless stated otherwise or required by law. Continued participation after changes are posted or communicated means you accept the updated terms.
You and Pretty Progress are independent contractors. These Affiliate Terms do not create an employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, fiduciary, or partnership relationship. You have no authority to bind Pretty Progress, make commitments on behalf of Pretty Progress, or negotiate terms for Pretty Progress users.
THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRETTY PROGRESS AND KEINOIS OÜ DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, TRACKING ACCURACY, AND EXPECTED EARNINGS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRETTY PROGRESS AND KEINOIS OÜ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOST GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRETTY PROGRESS'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PROGRAM WILL NOT EXCEED THE COMMISSIONS PAID OR PAYABLE TO YOU FOR QUALIFIED PURCHASES DURING THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless keinois OÜ, Pretty Progress, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your Program participation, promotional content, breach of these Affiliate Terms, violation of law, violation of platform rules, or infringement of third-party rights.
These Affiliate Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Affiliate Terms without written approval from Pretty Progress.
If any part of these Affiliate Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Pretty Progress's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of its right to enforce that provision later.
These Affiliate Terms, together with written Program instructions, the Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Pretty Progress regarding the Program.
