Payments for in-app purchases & subscriptions are done through RevenueCat, Apple's App Store (iOS users) and Google Play Store (Android users). keinois OU never has access to any of your credit card information. RevenueCat is used to handle and collect analytics about the purchases. This analytics, such as number of subscribers, churn, number of current active users, etc. are collected by RevenueCat through anonymous identifiers that do not link your identity with any specific information or behaviour. User behaviour and app crashes and events, such as app launches, taps, clicks, etc. are collected via PostHog and Google Analytics. This data is collected through anonymous identifiers that do not link your identity with any specific information or behaviour. This data is used to improve the user experience of the app.
iCloud data synchronisation of events and settings and Calendar and Reminders synchronisation is done using Apple's CloudKit and EventKit. CloudKit and EventKit are fully encrypted and all data lives on Apple's infrastructure. No one besides you has access to your data.
keinois OU wants to inform you that whenever you use the Service, in a case of an error in the app the company collects data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing the Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
