This page outlines the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") of the Pretty Progress Referral Program ("Program"). By referring a friend, acting on a referral, or otherwise participating in the Program, a referring user ("Referrer") and a referred friend ("Referred User") agree to be bound by these Terms, our General Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, please do not participate in the Program.
The Program is administered by keinois OÜ ("we," "us," "Pretty Progress"). We reserve the right to change these Terms or terminate the Program at any time at our sole discretion. Participation in the Program is voluntary.
Both new and existing users of Pretty Progress are eligible to participate as Referrers and receive rewards.
The Referrer must have a valid Pretty Progress account.
Only new users who have not previously registered for a Pretty Progress account are eligible to participate as Referred Users and receive rewards.
The Referred User must be eligible to create a Pretty Progress account in accordance with our General Terms of Service.
Referral links shared or obtained through unauthorized sources (e.g., posting on third-party websites without permission) will not be honored.
The Referred User and the Referrer cannot be the same person (e.g., by using a different email address).
Eligibility is limited to individuals only; businesses are not eligible to participate.
Employees of keinois OÜ, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and parent companies are not eligible to participate.
A "Qualified Referral" is a referral that meets all the following conditions:
New User: The Referred User must be a new user to Pretty Progress and eligible to create an account (i.e., not previously registered).
Referral Link: The Referred User must download the Pretty Progress app using the Referrer's unique referral link.
Reward Claim: The Referred User must claim their reward using the Referrer's unique referral link.
Compliance: Both the Referrer and Referred User must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
We reserve the right to reject any referral that does not meet these conditions or for any reason at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to disclose reasons for rejection.
Single Reward Limitation: The Referrer will receive an approximate 40% discount on their next annual subscription after at least one Referred User has claimed their reward, but only once, regardless of the number of Referred Users.
Reward Activation: The Referrer's reward becomes available after the Referred User successfully claims their reward.
Eligibility: Both new and existing users can participate as Referrers and are eligible to receive the Referrer reward once.
Initial Reward: The Referred User will receive an approximate 40% discount on their initial annual subscription upon claiming their reward.
Opportunity for Additional Reward: If the Referred User becomes a Referrer by inviting others and meets the Program conditions, they will be eligible for a second reward—another approximate 40% discount on their next annual subscription.
Eligibility: Only new users who have not previously registered for a Pretty Progress account are eligible to receive the Referred User reward.
Approximate Discount: The 40% discount is approximate and may vary based on the country of the Referrer and Referred User due to pricing differences and currency exchange rates.
Non-Transferable: Rewards are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
Refund Policy: If the Referred User cancels their subscription or requests a refund within 30 days of purchase, all Rewards for both the Referrer and Referred User will be canceled.
No Cash Value: The value of the Reward will not be included in any refunds or credits.
Participants must comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam and privacy laws. Any form of spam or unauthorized promotion is prohibited. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Sending unsolicited emails or messages.
Using fake accounts or multiple email addresses.
Misleading, deceptive, or harassing practices.
Posting referral links on third-party websites without permission.
We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious activity and may, at our sole discretion, disqualify any participant from the Program or terminate their Pretty Progress account.
By participating in the Program, you agree to:
Release: Release keinois OÜ, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from your participation in the Program.
Indemnify: Indemnify and hold harmless keinois OÜ against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or relating to your participation in the Program, including any breach of these Terms.
KEINOIS OÜ MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PROGRAM. THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEINOIS OÜ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
KEINOIS OÜ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PROGRAM.
Modification and Termination: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between participants and keinois OÜ concerning the Program.
